Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy

Banyan Arts LLC offers limited returns due to the specialized nature of our products, including vintage prints, art books, and collectible artwork.

1. Returns & Refunds

Because many items are one-of-a-kind, vintage, or limited edition, all sales are generally final.

We may accept a return under these conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item was significantly misrepresented

  • You contact us within 5 business days of delivery

 

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@banyanartsnaples.com with your order number

  2. Include photos and a description of the issue

  3. Await approval before returning the item

  4. Returned items must be in original packaging and condition

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

2. Exchanges

We cannot guarantee availability for exchanges, as many items are unique.

If an exchange is not possible, store credit or a refund may be provided for eligible cases.

3. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers. Shipping costs for books are usually flat rate media shipments, while Vintage Prints Shipping costs cannot be calculated online. Once we receive an order, we will contact you with shipping details and costs. 

International Shipping

Available to select countries. Buyer is responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Shipping Times

Estimated processing and delivery timeframes are about 5-7 weekdays, but cannot be guaranteed, especially for vintage items requiring special packaging.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 business days

  • Save packaging for carrier claims

  • Provide photos for documentation

We will work with you to replace or refund the item if possible.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is missing, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
