1. General Use of the Website

Banyan Arts LLC sells books and vintage prints featuring the artwork of Paul Arsenault. Because many products are vintage, limited edition, or individually sourced:

  • Colors, textures, and sizing may vary slightly from photos

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time

  • We may limit quantities at our discretion

All descriptions, prices, and product information are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You have legal authority to use the payment method

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud, incorrect pricing, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically (and internationally where available). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Vintage prints may require special handling or packaging.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer

  • Banyan Arts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

  • Damages during transit must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

If you need expedited or insured shipping, please contact us prior to ordering.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of vintage artwork and specialty items:

  • All sales are generally final

  • Exceptions may be made for damaged or misrepresented items

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@arsenaultgallery.com within 5 days of receiving the item

  2. Include photos and a description of the issue

  3. Items must be returned in original condition

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork, images, photographs, product descriptions, text, graphics, and design elements featured on this site—including works by Paul Arsenault—are protected by copyright and/or trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Create derivative works

  • Use for commercial purposes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banyan Arts LLC is not liable for:
